Display Displays


Guidelines

Content on the displays should align with our content guiding principles:

Relevance – Sneaker culture moments that matter at the time that matters.
Authenticity – Our voice and our differentiator in against being real with our kid.
Product – Standing for the latest and greatest is our sweet spot of commerce and brand.
Brand – Stand as the Finish Line brand and extend the biggest brand stories in culture.

Displays will be programmed to feature multiple content types:

Tier 1 Monthly Stories
Finish Line Brand – Shoes So Fresh
Olapic
Promotional – STATUS / App / FLYF
Regional / Local Content

All information should fit within the Safe Zone: 1020 x 1860px.
All content (headlines/logos) should fit within the Content Zone: 880 x 1564px.

Do not include the Finish Line logo in the end card of deliverables unless is represents direct partnership with a brand.
Footage and images should hero the footwear whenever possible.
When appropriate, enable content from authentic resources.
Avoid video clips that show talking or mouth movement, as there is no sound.
Avoid video clips that are excessively bright or contain flashing light.

 

Video Screen

Video Specifications
Vertical Orientation: 1080 x 1920px
Encoding: H-264
Frame rate: 29.97 fps
Length: 10 – 16 seconds
No audio
Deliverable: Videos must be rotated counter-clockwise so that the top of the video is on the left

Still Image Specifications
Vertical Orientation: 1080 x 1920px
Jpeg or png format
Deliverable: Images must be rotated counter-clockwise so that the top of the image is on the left


Image Credit

When using images from authentic, credible sources, give credit with the source’s social handle.

The credit should be placed in the bottom right or left corner, 30px from the left and bottom edges of the canvas.

Use Arial 36pt in White/White or Crossover Grey.

Influencers should be credited simply by using their handle. Ex: @FitAndyy

Athletes or entertainers should be credited by name. Ex: Lil Yachty

If a product call out is required, ‘in’ + the name of the product should be set in a second line below the influencer handle. Product names should also be 36pt Arial in White/White or Crossover Grey.


Promotional Content

Displays can be used to promote brand or marketing initiatives such as STATUS, Mobile App, or FLYF

Headlines should be set in Knockout 49
at 130pt.

Body copy or supporting messages should use mixed case Arial at 46pt.

Messaging should be short, direct and digestable in less than 7 seconds.

Text and logo lock ups should be vertically and horizontally centered within the Content Safe Zone.

Preferred media format for video is 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels tall, H-264, 29.97fps
